THE BRIEF
Cisco Live fills downtown San Diego with attendees moving between the Convention Center, their hotels, and the Gaslamp Quarter. Cisco wanted its brand on those streets all conference week—not only inside the venue.

Tech conference / Convention sponsorship
A sponsored fleet of 89 electric pedicabs delivered 520,000 branded impressions for Cisco Live 2025.
Cisco Live fills downtown San Diego with attendees moving between the Convention Center, their hotels, and the Gaslamp Quarter. Cisco wanted its brand on those streets all conference week—not only inside the venue.
Sponsor the ride itself. Cisco-branded pedicabs give attendees free rides around downtown, turning every short trip into time spent with the brand and putting the creative in front of everyone else on the street.
For Cisco Live 2019, Cisco sponsored over 100 pedicabs giving free rides all over downtown. For Cisco Live 2025, 89 fully electric branded pedicabs ran across the city’s highest-traffic zones—the Gaslamp Quarter, the Marina District, and the Convention Center corridor—with GPS tracking on every vehicle for reporting on routes, rider counts, and impression density.

Measured, not estimated
The 2025 campaign delivered 520,000 branded impressions, measured with GPS-tracked routes rather than estimated afterward. Cisco has come back to the same format across multiple editions of Cisco Live in San Diego.
Plan something similar
Every campaign starts with the event footprint: where your audience sleeps, eats, and moves between sessions. From there we size the fleet, set operating hours and routes, and coordinate wrap production with your creative team—usually one to two weeks from approved artwork. On the street, professional drivers run the plan, and you get the agreed reporting after the event.
